80°C hot water 50g
Milk of your choice 100ml
Syrup of your choice, as needed
Ice, as needed

Sift the matcha.
Add about 15g of hot water first and make the matcha into a paste.
Add the remaining hot water and whisk with a chasen. ※Whisking gradually from the bottom upward helps create fine, delicate foam.
Add ice, milk, and syrup to a glass, then slowly pour the matcha over the top.
