Sift the matcha.
Add about 15g of hot water first and make the matcha into a paste.
Add the remaining hot water and whisk with a chasen. *Whisk gradually from the bottom upward to create fine foam more easily.
Add ice, milk, and syrup to a glass, then slowly pour the matcha over the top.
